Coratina Olive Tree

Coratina: From southern Italy (flourishes in warm climates), this varietal produces a strong oil often used for blending.

Resistant to drought, cold and parasites of the olive tree

High level of polyphenols for a robust tasting oil

Coratina olive trees are self-fertile, but are commonly pollinated with other varietals.

Fruit production usually starts between 2-4 years. At maturity they can grow between 35-40 feet in height with a 25 foot canopy and deep green leaves. They enjoy full sun and are hardy down to 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
